In order to get a reader card

Based on the decisions of the guidance Council  the first regular session & nbsp;2018 of the main library for public reading Adrar the library teaches its dear patrons about the enrollment file :

For teachers :

• Birth certificate or a copy of the national identification card
• Two solar photos
• School Certificate
• The registration form is withdrawn from the website
• A parental permit is taken from the main library and a copy of the parent's identification card (for students )

Observation: Based on the instruction of the minister of culture, the library patrons of the teachers for the three educational phases are exempted from paying the annual subscription rights.
