The library mission and vision
The main library of public reading is responsible for the task of providing the book on various pillars to promote and encourage public reading , in this capacity it is entrusted in particular with the following
- Make different documentary funds, and all services related to public reading, as well as any other connected services available to users
- Consecrate a public reading space adapted to the child's needs
- Providing space for studies and preparation of exams
- Facilitating the development of basic competencies for the use of automated media (computer)
- Providing means that allow people with special needs (disabilities)to access public reading
- Organizing cultural activities about books
- Enhance access to information and advance inclusive models of scholarly communication
- Encouraging and strengthening literacy (reading) among citizens by providing services and books that satisfy various needs and tastes
