Conditions for booking halls

  • The spaces and structures of the main library can be reserved and used by any public body, natural or concerned individuals.
  • Prices for the exploitation of these structures are determined by the meeting of the Steering Board of the main library.
  • The application for exploitation submits the spaces and structures of the main library 72 days before the scheduled date of the activity .
  • The approval of the main library to grant the right of exploitation is considered preliminary until the user obtains the license of the Guardian in accordance with the applicable procedures.
  • The user is not allowed to start his activity in the spaces and structures of the main library only after paying the financial rights specified by each space and structure.
  • The above-mentioned administrations and public bodies are excluded from the provisions of paragraph four (4) .
  • The user of the spaces and structures of the main library must ensure respect for the legislative provisions in force, especially in the field of security, health, hygiene, public peace, maintaining public order and respecting the disciplinary regulations in the library and good manners inside.
  • The organizers must take full responsibility for maintaining the equipment and property of the hall and bear compensation for any damage caused as a result of the meeting
