Reader Orientation & Guidance
Welcoming readers and guiding them to resources suited to their information needs, providing assistance in using available search tools and catalogs
Reference Service
Providing reference services and responding to reader and researcher inquiries, supplying bibliographic information needed for their research and studies
Reading Room Management
Administration of reading rooms, organizing access and providing an environment conducive to reading and research, including the children's section and internet room
Inter-Library Cooperation
Coordination with branch public reading libraries and other libraries for inter-library lending, information exchange and experience sharing
Reader Statistics
Preparation of periodic statistics on reader attendance and lending operations, data analysis to improve the services provided
