In order to obtain a reader card

Based on the decisions of the Board of Directors of the main public reading library in Adrar at its first regular session 2018, the library informs its patrons of the registration file

:For students

  • Birth certificate or copy of national ID card
  • Two photos
  • Current school/university ID card
  • Application form is downloaded from the website
  • A parental statement taken from the main library and a copy of the guardian’s ID card (for students)

.Based on the instructions of the Minister of Culture, library users who are students in all three educational levels are exempt from paying the annual subscription fees
