In this context, the main library for public reading provides various services that vary according to the ages of its patrons and their educational levels with modern technical patterns that take into account the technological progress in Library Services, which facilitates the use of pioneers and achieves the goal set by the Algerian state through the establishment of public reading libraries, which is to provide the book and bring it in various specialties to The Citizen.
